You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address. gpinas uses OTP verification at each login as a security measure — this code is for your use only.
gpinas cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from a player sharing account credentials or failing to maintain login security. Any activity carried out using your credentials is considered authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to gpinas.
All deposits on gpinas are made and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account does not belong to the registered gpinas account holder — are not permitted and may result in funds being withheld pending review.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed within your account's deposit section. gpinas does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
Withdrawals can only be processed to payment accounts in your own name and registered under the same details as your gpinas account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within standard processing times, which may vary depending on the payment method selected.
All games available on gpinas — including live casino tables, sports betting markets, slot games, fish games, and eBingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule takes precedence for that game.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during a bet or spin, gpinas will investigate using system logs. Bets affected by verifiable technical faults may be voided and stakes refunded, at gpinas's discretion.
From time to time, gpinas may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free play offers, or other incentives to registered players. Any such offer will be subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. These Terms apply in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.
gpinas does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion. Offers may be modified, withdrawn, or replaced at any time. Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have promotional credits removed and their accounts reviewed.
